Refund policy
We have a 30-day right of return, i.e. you have 30 days after receipt of the goods to return them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and rectify the matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. Perishable goods (e.g. groceries, flowers or plants), custom-made goods (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14 days cooling off period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
